All apartments are equipped with the facilities and services listed below to provide you with a comfortable stay:

The following additional features only apply to the 3-bedroom apartments:

• Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, including a double-door refrigerator and a 6-burner gas stove,
• 50-inch LED TV in the living room,
• Separate dining room,
• 43" LED TV in the bedroom
• Private shower and toilet in the bedroom,
• 1 king bed in the bedroom and 2 queen beds in the other bedrooms.

The other community facilities include:

• A beautiful garden,
• Recreation room,
• Swimming pool,
• Fitness area,
• 5 days a week there is maid service (Mon-Fri),
• laundry service (washing, drying and ironing) 5 days a week (Mon-Fri).

Furthermore, you can park for free but above all safely. There is also 24-hour security of the parking lot and the whole complex. Each apartment has its own router to ensure a fast and good internet connection.
